1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or otherwise legally authorized, to use Chatizam. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, will comply with all applicable laws, and are authorized to act on behalf of any entity you represent.

Chatizam provides modular application infrastructure and workflows for:

You must provide complete and truthful registration inputs and safeguard all structural credentials. You are liable for all transactions, interactions, and operations conducted under your account workspace. Workspace owners are fully responsible for the permissions assigned to and actions performed by invited team members.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You are explicitly barred from utilizing Chatizam pipelines for any activities classified under:

• Illegal Conduct: Violating local or global statutes, fraud, unauthorized payload tracking, or intellectual property breaches.
• Harmful Content: Deploying malicious files, mass system spamming, harassment, extremist parameters, or hate content.
• System Abuse: Reverse-engineering application assets, bypassing API rate limit rules, or overloading runtime environments.

All platform deployment outputs must align perfectly with Telegram rules, Meta Platform terms, WhatsApp Business provisions, and Discord Developer standards.

6. User Content

You retain complete underlying ownership of your custom code paths, templates, visual builder diagrams, data pools, and knowledge repositories. You grant Chatizam a restricted, global, non-exclusive license to host, parse, cache, backup, and render your variables solely to deliver and optimize our internal application infrastructure. You carry single-point accountability for ensuring legal compliance regarding end-user payload parameters.

7. AI Features & Automated Systems

Generative assets, dynamic knowledge matching, automated qualification structures, and transcript tools depend on deep LLM models. AI generation can generate anomalies, partial accuracies, or programmatic mistakes. You are obligated to systematically review and test all automated model outputs prior to external deployment.

8. Compliance, 9. Integrations & 10. Subscriptions

You are required to manage end-user opt-ins, structural opt-outs, and disclosures directly. Connecting third-party software applications (OpenAI, Zapier, Shopify, Google Sheets) binds your workflows to their distinct billing policies and parameters.

Paid tiers are managed via structured automatic renewals. Chatizam reserves the right to modify application usage metrics, tier thresholds, and subscription parameters upon providing reasonable notification.

11-14. Platform Constraints & Developer Frameworks

All software subscription fees are non-refundable unless specified by strict consumer laws. Excessive, harmful, or abusive API automation tasks that disrupt backend cloud resources will result in an immediate block or termination of developer credentials. Content uploaded into shared community template marketplaces must be entirely free of hidden tracker arrays or malicious code layers.

15. Data Protection & 16. Intellectual Property

Platform operations are regulated by the official Chatizam Privacy Policy. Chatizam maintains complete ownership over all system layouts, software architectures, visual components, branding parameters, code repositories, and documentation. You may not duplicate, copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer our software applications.

17-22. Operations, Limitations & Disclaimers

Beta Notice:Experimental tools labeled as Beta or Preview do not come with any formal system guarantees, can be modified instantly, and are deployed purely at your own infrastructure risk.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHATIZAM DISCLAIMS ALL EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, AND DATA SECURITY. CHATIZAM'S TOTAL MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR SYSTEM DISRUPTIONS OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES SHALL NEVER EXCEED THE TOTAL CASH VALUE PAID TO CHATIZAM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE FILED DISPUTE.

23-38. Statutory Rules & Dispute Protocols

These platform terms are governed exclusively by the jurisdiction where Chatizam operates, without respect to conflicting statutory parameters. Prior to pursuing formal arbitration or court filings, both parties commit to an initial 30-day window of good-faith settlement discussions.

Acknowledgment: By entering credentials, activating bot instances, or linking webhooks to Chatizam, you acknowledge you have fully parsed, understood, and consented to these comprehensive conditions.
