Contact Privacy TeamWelcome to Chatizam (“Chatizam”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a no-code chatbot platform that enables businesses and individuals to create, deploy, and manage conversational chatbots across messaging platforms including Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Messages, Discord, and other supported channels.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information when users access or use the Chatizam platform, website, APIs, integrations, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using Chatizam, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy:
This Privacy Policy applies to the Chatizam website, customer user accounts, workspaces, bot creation builders, hosted cloud infrastructure, tracking analytics, AI engine workflows, support systems, and enterprise deployment layers.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party platforms or services that are governed by their own unique operational privacy policies.
When End Users interact with automated bots deployed using our infrastructure, we handle message logs, chat history sequences, platform identifiers, forms, audio transcripts, and intent memory structures.
The Customer controlling the chatbot is exclusively responsible for ensuring they maintain a verified legal basis for capturing End User payload metrics.
We automatically parse server interactions including IP routing markers, system parameters, agent properties, telemetry logs, performance metrics, and rate limit counters.
Chatizam channels pipelines directly into Telegram, Meta Framework structures, WhatsApp Business API endpoints, and Discord configurations. Use of these arrays assumes compliance with platform-specific vendor rules and required user consent management layers.
We process active user fields and conversation streams to maintain high-availability dashboard views, enforce rate safety windows, manage subscriptions, map infrastructure loads, and generate live analytic readouts.
For EEA or UK scopes, we process targets via performance of a contract, legitimate infrastructure optimization parameters, absolute legal duties, and verified explicit consent structures.
Automated operations encompass intent mapping, automated generative loops, contextual database retrieval (RAG), text metrics translation, and voice parsing. Customers are required to disclose automated AI elements to end-users transparently.
Uploaded document chunks (PDFs, docs, sites) are split and stored to feed localized semantic context queries. Customers warrant they maintain necessary structural distribution rights over all uploaded items.
We employ functional browser tokens to maintain secure auth sessions and capture operational runtime anomalies.
We do not sell Personal Data. Distribution occurs explicitly with designated core vendors (hosting nodes, payment pathways, integrations) or within legal compliance mandates.
Cross-border processing features verified protective controls, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), and end-to-end encryption frameworks.
Information sets persist as long as workspace activities demand or legal retention timelines enforce. Security layers include transit TLS, secure password hashing, strict access isolation, and continuous vulnerability monitoring.
Customers retain data controller tasks regarding End User metrics. End Users seeking updates, deletions, or data port configurations should contact the active Customer controller running the respective bot instances.
CCPA/CPRA: California scopes grant distinct query rights. Chatizam does not exchange records for financial assets or trade parameters.
Children's Scope: We require parent or guardian clearance. Unapproved records discovered will face quick system deletion.
Marketplace & Enterprise Tiers: Community elements exposed publicly are structural items. Enterprise environments deploy within dedicated cloud containers backed by explicit Data Processing Agreements (DPA).
Updates post straight to our main web application notifications or directly via registered profile messages.
