Chatizam fully respects your legal right to erasure under global data protection frameworks. All valid deletion requests are handled free of charge.
At Chatizam, we prioritize the control and safety of your data. If you choose to stop using our platform, you can request the complete and permanent erasure of all personal data, configurations, bot architectures, and interaction logs managed within your account profiles.
Important: Data deletion is absolutely irreversible. Once processed, your workspace node structures, customer contacts, automation rules, and conversation histories cannot be recovered.
How to Submit a Deletion Request
To request data deletion, you must submit a formal request via email. Please follow these precise steps:
Verify Email Match
You must send the request from the specific email address associated with the Chatizam account you want deleted. We cannot process deletion requests for alternative accounts due to strict authentication safeguards.
Send the Email
Address your email to our data compliance desk with a clear subject line.
Required Information
Please include the following verification elements inside the body text:
- Your registered full name
- Your associated business or workspace name
- A brief statement explicitly confirming that you want your personal info and chatbot setups completely removed.
Deletion Processing Timeline
Request Verification
Our compliance division evaluates and validates your identity within 7 business days of email arrival.
Purging Sequence
Once verified, all user profiles, vector databases, and system data elements are thoroughly cleared within 30 calendar days.
Note: Limited transaction metadata, core billing invoices, or logs may be held configurationally for longer periods solely when required to satisfy strict tax reporting laws or direct judicial obligations.
